Payment Processing

Taxes

You are responsible for all applicable taxes associated with your purchase. Prices do not include sales tax, VAT, or other taxes unless explicitly stated.

5. Refund Policy

Refund Processing

Ownership

All course content, including videos, text, graphics, logos, tools, and software, are the property of The Section 8 Landlord Cashflow Academy™ and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. User-Generated Content

Community Guidelines

When participating in discussions, deal reviews, or other community features, you agree to:

  • Be respectful and professional
  • Not post offensive, harassing, or discriminatory content
  • Not share spam, promotional content, or solicitations
  • Not disclose personal or confidential information
  • Respect the privacy and intellectual property of others
  • Not post false, misleading, or defamatory statements about other users, staff, or third parties
  • Not recruit or solicit other users for competing platforms, courses, or business opportunities
  • Not share advice that violates fair housing laws, anti-discrimination regulations, or tenant rights
  • Not engage in personal attacks, bullying, or targeted harassment of any community member

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Section 8 Landlord Cashflow Academy™, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the Platform or course materials
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights
  • Any investment decisions you make

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Sharing account credentials
  • Abusive behavior toward staff or other users

Upon termination, your right to access the course materials will immediately cease. Termination does not entitle you to a refund unless you qualify under our Refund Policy.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Mandatory Direct Resolution (No Litigation Agreement)

BY USING THIS PLATFORM, YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCESS AND WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO PURSUE LITIGATION:

Both parties agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, your use of the Platform, course content, or any services provided shall be resolved exclusively through direct, good-faith negotiation between you and The Section 8 Landlord Cashflow Academy™.

You expressly agree that:

  • No Lawsuits: You will not initiate, file, or participate in any lawsuit, legal action, or court proceeding against The Section 8 Landlord Cashflow Academy™, its owners, officers, directors, employees, agents, or affiliates for any reason whatsoever
  • Direct Communication Only: All disputes must be communicated directly to us via email at legal@mail.section8landlordcourse.online before any other action is taken
  • No Third-Party Involvement: You agree not to involve any third party, including but not limited to attorneys, collection agencies, regulatory bodies, or consumer protection agencies, without first attempting direct resolution with us for a minimum of 60 days
  • Refund as Resolution: We commit to resolving disputes quickly and fairly, including issuing full or partial refunds where warranted, provided you agree to settle the matter privately and directly without legal action
  • Confidential Settlement: Any resolution, refund, or settlement reached shall be confidential and you agree not to publicly disclose the terms or details of any settlement
  • Waiver of Court Rights: You voluntarily and knowingly waive your right to sue, bring legal claims, or seek judicial remedies against the Platform in any court of law
  • 60-Day Resolution Period: Both parties agree to a mandatory 60-day direct negotiation period before any other dispute resolution method may be considered

Binding Arbitration (If Direct Resolution Fails)

If direct negotiation does not resolve the dispute within 60 days, both parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in Wyoming, United States, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding. Each party shall bear their own costs, and the arbitrator may not award punitive damages.

Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis only. You expressly waive any right to participate in class actions, class-wide arbitration, representative actions, or any consolidated proceedings against the Platform.

Liquidated Damages for Breach

If you breach this dispute resolution agreement by initiating legal proceedings without following the mandatory direct resolution process, you agree to pay The Section 8 Landlord Cashflow Academy™ liquidated damages of $10,000 USD, plus all attorney fees, court costs, and expenses incurred in defending against such action. This amount represents a reasonable estimate of damages and is not intended as a penalty.

Our Commitment to Fair Resolution

We are committed to treating all users fairly. If you have a legitimate complaint or concern, we promise to:

  • Respond to your concern within 48 hours of receipt
  • Investigate the matter thoroughly and in good faith
  • Offer a fair resolution, including refunds where appropriate
  • Work with you to reach a mutually satisfactory outcome

12. Changes to Terms
